The apartment offers excellent value for money, offering good sized accommodation in a great location.<br />

This is a lovely property, with very spacious living accommodation, and benefits from off-road parking for several cars and a single garage.  <br />

There is a very nice living/dining area with comfy seating for five people, and dining for four, plus two bar stools.  The fully fitted kitchen has oven/hob, and full size fridge/freezer.  There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine and provides more storage space.  From here, you can access the garage through a rear enclosed terrace which has a sliding roof.<br />

The apartments themselves are built around the shared pool. There is underground secure parking, although you may not need your car during your stay as you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops.<br />

                <p>This first floor apartment in Lo Pagan is comfortably furnished.  There is a large balcony area to the front of the apartment, which is accessed via a gate, with table and chairs and this provides views over the salt lake.  <br />
<br />
Inside the apartment you will find a TV with satellite connection, comfy seating, dining table and four chairs.  There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), spacious bathroom (with shower).  The kitchen is fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave, and the washing machine can be found in the external utility area.<br />
<br />
The apartment is fitted with an alarm system and security safe.  There is a communal pool and off-road parking. <br />
<br />
Next to the long promenade facing the Mar Menor you will find lovely beaches, and restaurants, bars and shops.<br />
<br />
This watery setting, combined with the facilities at its marina, means you can do a great many sports, such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing.<br />
<br />
The surrounding area contains the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park, a space where a great many species of migratory birds come to nest. You can also benefit from the therapeutic properties of its mud, especially suitable for treating bone and skin ailments.<br />
<br />
Lo Pagan lies at the north end of the Mar Menor, bordering the town of San Pedro Del Pinatar. A 15 minute walk takes you into the small town which offers all the usual facilities, supermarkets, banks, local hospital, bars, pubs, and restaurants.<br />
<br />
Local markets are not to be missed - many bargains may be found. Local market day is Monday.<br />
<br />
A 10 minute walk away is the local bus and coach station for days out - inexpensive public transport, fully air conditioned.<br />
<br />
The local beaches and bicycle hire shop are only 10 - 15 minutes away. The beaches are excellent for children being very shallow and safe, allowing parents to relax. There are children's play areas too.<br />

The old village adds charm to this popular resort with tiny shops and intimate bars  and truly has a traditional Spanish feel. <br />
Although the village of Mojacar remains the same as it has for centuries, the relatively recent development of Mojacar Playa boasts 9kms of unspoilt coastline ranging from empty coves to beaches having been awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness. Mojacar Playa has much to offer, with an abundance of fine restaurants, beachfront chiringuitos, bars, hotels and shops catering for all tastes. For watersports enthusiasts, excellent activities are available such as water-skiing jet skiing, swimming, fishing, diving, boating and yachting.<br />

Los Gallardos a small, traditional Spanish town with its own bars, shops and restaurants is just a ten minute drive to Mojacar.<br />
