The tranquillity of the area can be left behind by a fifteen minute drive down to the coast with all its usual amenities. Mojacar Playa being the nearest seaside resort and close to the Cabo de Gata National Park. There are a number of good golf courses within ten minutes drive (Valle D’este, Desert Springs, Cortejo Grande and Marina Playa, Mojacar).


The ground floor accommodation consists of a large lounge with dining area leading out through patio doors onto a terrace with spectacular views down to the Mediterranean. The lounge has a 25TV with satellite system and a log effect gas fire. There are two sofas in the lounge one of which is a bed-settee.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and oven. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and a downstairs cloakroom. The house has full air conditioning throughout.

Upstairs the bedrooms are all of a good size. The master bedroom, which has en-suite facilities houses a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom a single bed. There are fitted wardrobes in each room. Two bedrooms overlook the garden and pool from a balcony. On the third floor is a large roof terrace for totally secluded sun-bathing and relaxing.

Almeria airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the house. Murcia 1hr.15mins and Alicante and Granada 2hrs.
