Villa Roberto is furnished to the highest standard throughout, with very comfortable beds, unlimited hot water, two Jacuzzi baths and one Jacuzzi shower. The kitchen is fitted with Miele integrated appliances to include dishwasher, vegetable steamer, microwave, and many other interesting features which make even preparing a simple breakfast a pleasure.

The American style living/dining area is very comfortable with leather sofas and a dining table and chairs, log-burning fire, cable TV and DVD player. There is a selection of children’s films available.

To the ground floor you will find three very attractive double bedrooms. There is also a very spacious, luxury bathroom with both Jacuzzi bath and large walk-in Jacuzzi shower, double wash basins, w.c. and bidet.

Accessed via an external stairway, is the separate 'in-law' accommodation comprising of double bedroom, living area with cable TV, luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, fully fitted study, and a magnificent outdoor seating area with sun shades - the perfect place for relaxing with a glass of chilled wine.

The private swimming pool, which is a saltwater pool, is very gentle on the skin and hair. It is also lit up at night.

There is very comfortable garden furniture, all with lovely cushions, and a very big private sun terrace. There is a well kept garden, with fountain, and beautiful lights at night which change colour, and make one feel very relaxed.

For children, there is a garden playhouse, parallel bars, a slide, a swing, and lots of toys, books and puzzles for different ages.

The outside space is very child friendly as the boundary is marked by a high hedge and entry/exit is via a locked gate.

Off-road parking is also provided.

For the cooler months, the house is centrally heated and also has a log fireplace in the living room. The swimming pool can also be heated on request at additional cost.

The villa is situated beachside in Cabo Roig, a picturesque, stunning coastal town, known as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca, and characterised by its broad palm-lined avenues and landscaped gardens. The two white beaches of La Caleta and Cala Capitan have both been awarded Blue Flags.
La Zenia beach is just around the headland.

Cabo Roig itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig 'strip', the popular Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre and Villamartin Plaza.

For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

The villa is around 20 minutes from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.
