This very spacious villa has accommdation laid out over two floors, and plenty of outside areas to enjoy the wonderful Spanish weather with gardens, several terraces all with outdoor furniture (so you can choose whether you want to be in full sun or shade) and perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a chilled glass of wine, a lovely wooden gazebo, several sun loungers for sun bathing, built-in barbecue area, and not forgetting the private swimming pool.

The villa is very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The living accommodation is open-plan and the lounge provides comfy seating and dining for six. This is a very well presented two bedroom ground floor apartment in Brisas Y Golf II, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca South, with sun terraces to both front and rear. With outdoor furniture provided to both terraces you can eat al fresco and enjoy breakfast on the front terrace, and your lunch and evening meal at the rear, whilst listening to the waterfall at the pool. Very relaxing.

The apartment is furnished to a very high-standard, and is also fitted with an alarm system. In the living area there is a leather sofa, flat screen TV, Playstation (which plays DVDs), mini hi-fi, and air conditioning.

There is a very nice communal pool 50 metres away or you can enjoy the privacy of the roof top with a shower, BBQ, sunbeds and seating area.

Sol Golf forms part of the Villamartin development situated 15km west of Torrevieja. The area has been described as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts a climate over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C.
