The detached villa has a spacious lounge and dining area with patio doors opening on to a side terrace, giving a light, airy feel and comprising of dining table and chairs for four people, and comfortable seating with two sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. DVDs and books are also provided.<br />
<br />
The fully fitted American kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, and microwave, along with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cookware. A washing machine is located in the separate utility room. <br />
<br />

El Raso is a new development set amongst orange and lemon groves, in the midst of the Guardamar countryside, and situated right next to Laguna de la Mata natural lake.<br />

There are many restaurants on site including Stan and Ollies which is popular with the locals. There is also an Indian restaurant, a Tapas bar, an Irish pub, and several cafe bars.<br />
<br />
The town of Ciudad Quesada is only 5 minutes away where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, and a medical centre. <br />
<br />
The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive away, and its biggest attraction is without doubt its seafront. The promenade, the marina, the fine, sandy beaches and numerous rocky coves provide something for everyone - the sports enthusiast, the sun worshipper, the people watcher and the nature lover. <br />
<br />
The beaches of Guardamar are some of the finest in the region, where the sand dunes continue down to the beautiful crystal clear waters, and are only around 10 minutes by car.  Water sports are popular here.  Surf, relax in the sun, or explore the dunes the choice is yours.<br />

The beaches to the north of Torrevieja are long and shallow and, in common with most beaches on the Costa Blanca, are awarded the Blue Flag each year for facilities and water quality.<br />

The bathroom consists of hand basin, toilet, bidet and Jacuzzi bath with shower.  <br />
<br />
The villa is set on a large, tiled plot and benefits from off-road parking.  There are two terraces, one leading off the front of the villa, and one off the dining area to the side, enabling you to catch the sun at all times of the day.  There is also a very large roof top solarium perfect for sunbathing whilst retaining some privacy.<br />
<br />
El Raso is a new development set amongst orange and lemon groves, in the midst of the Guardamar countryside, and situated right next to Laguna de la Mata natural lake.<br />
<br />
There are many restaurants on site including Stan and Ollies which is popular with the locals.  There is also an Indian restaurant, a Tapas bar, an Irish pub, and several cafe bars.<br />
<br />
The town of Ciudad Quesada is only 5 minutes away where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, and a medical centre. <br />
<br />
The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive away, and its biggest attraction is without doubt its seafront. The promenade, the marina, the fine, sandy beaches and numerous rocky coves provide something for everyone - the sports enthusiast, the sun worshipper, the people watcher and the nature lover. <br />
<br />
Guardamar beach, around 10 minutes by car,  is very long and wide and full of lovely golden sand. Water sports are popular here. Surf, relax in the sun or explore the dunes the choice is yours.<br />
<br />
The villa is around 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia-San Javier Airports, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.</p>
