Die Villa hat 7 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Penthousecharakter (grosse dreiseitige Fensterfront), offener Kamin und Essbereich. In der komplett und modern eingerichteten Küche befinden sich ein weiterer Esstisch, zwei grosse Kühlschränke, ein Gefrierschrank und eine Speisekammer.<br />

Eine Besonderheit ist Aussenküche mit grossem BBQ-Grillbereich samt Kühlschrank, Pool-Bar, grosszügiger Sonnen-, Schattenterasse und der Pool.<br />

Parkplätze innerhalb des Geländes und vor dem Hause sind ausreichend vorhanden.<br />

Alle Betriebskosten sind in dem Mietpreis inkludiert.<br />

                <p>The apartment is situated just a 6 minute walk from Playa del Cura, one of the nicest and most popular beaches in Torrevieja.<br />
 <br />
Torrevieja Marina with its long pier has many restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour, which has international status, as well as a fun fair. Torrevieja centre is overflowing with bars, restaurants and street cafes.<br />
<br />
There are Spanish and International (English, Irish, Italian, Chinese) restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, catering for all tastes.<br />
<br />
The AP-7 motorway provides easy access to places such as Benidorm, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena, with plenty to see and do. The buses run along the beach front into Torrevieja town centre with its shops, indoor market, open-air market on the harbour front, and of course the marble walkway which takes you all around the beach front and into the harbour.<br />
<br />
The Habaneras shopping centre is a short drive away, where you will find a further range of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, fast food restaurants, and also a bowling alley, casino, and cinema. A Carrefour hypermarket can also be found here.<br />
<br />
The apartment is situated very close to one of the largest open-air markets on the Costa Blanca, organized every Friday, offering a variety of goods such as leather items, clothing, toys, and of course the freshest fruit and vegetables.<br />
<br />
There are numerous golf courses within a 45 minute drive of Torrevieja, including the World famous La Manga, and within 15 minutes you will find Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.<br />
<br />
The apartment itself is located on Calle San Pascual, on the third floor of a five storey building. There is a secure entry phone system. The communal areas are well maintained and offer both stairs and lift to all floors.<br />

The communal swimming pool is located in the middle of a rectangular area within the complex.<br />

The apartment is simply furnished, but contains everything that you need to enjoy your stay.<br />

The living area offers comfy seating and a dining table with four chairs, with patio doors leading out to a sunny balcony. There is also a TV with DVD player.<br />

Alicante Airport is less than 40 minutes away by car, and Murcia-San Javier 25 minutes, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.</p>

                <p>La Cinuelica, Los Altos, Orihuela Costa is an ideal location for the longer term guest as most facilities are within easy walking distance: three supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, and the fabulous beach at Punta Prima is just a 20 minute walk (or a 10 minute bus ride during July and August). <br />

This south facing property is located on the second floor with a spiral staircase leading up to the property.<br />
<br />
There is a gate which opens onto the south facing balcony, with patio table and 4 chairs.<br />
 <br />
The living area provides three seater sofa, TV, coffee table, wall unit, lamp, mirror, coin-operated air conditioning, dining table and 4 chairs.<br />
<br />
Through the archway you have the fully tiled and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.<br />

There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is situated facing the front of the property and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and built-in wardrobe.<br />
<br />
The second bedroom has two single beds, and built-in wardrobe.<br />
<br />
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, and toilet.<br />
<br />
The private roof solarium, accessed via the spiral staircase, is the perfect place for private sunbathing.<br />
<br />
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of La Cinuelica, including the commercial centre at Via Park 3, offering bars, restaurants, British supermarket, internet caf, etc, so a car is not essential, although we do always recommend car hire to get the very best out of the area.<br />
<br />
The beach at Punta Prima is closest at around a 20 minute walk. This is a sandy beach and during the summer months you will find a beach bar selling drinks and snacks. Further beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive of the property: La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor.<br />
<br />
Torrevieja is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, and a harbour where you can take boat rides. The large and popular shopping centre of Habaneras is well worth a visit and offers plenty of car parking.<br />
 <br />
There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja, and a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches. You will also find a taxi rank at Consum.<br />
<br />
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, and Murcia-San Javier approximately 30 minutes. Both are served by the major budget airlines.<br />
 <br />
The apartment is available long term, minimum contract 6+ months. Utility bills are not included in the monthly rental price.</p>
