JARDINES DE ALHAMA GOLF RESORT is a superb complex, located inland on the Costa Calida, in the village known as Fuente Alamo, close to the town of Alhama de Murcia.

These properties are of a traditional Mediterranean architecture with pretty two-storey white houses set amongst the gardens.

This is a new resort where we offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All the APARTMENTS are close to the golf course and built on two floors. The ground floor apartments have a large terrace leading to the gardens, which allows for privacy in the home, while also running into the surrounding gardens of the area. The top floors also have a terrace and a spacious sundeck. All have pre-installation of air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.

These properties, built using the highest quality materials, comprise of an entrance door leading to a living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms plus a fully fitted bathroom and a large terrace (55m2). The kitchen has fully fitted units and worktops plus a sink, oven, hob, extractor hood and an electric water heater. There are TV points in the lounge and bedrooms, plus fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Jardines de Alhama has an 18-hole golf course, five private town centres plus 1 public town centre, where you will find restaurants, cafeterias, pubs, banks, medical centre, sport area, fitness centre, kindergarten, rent a car and shops.
