Immediately accessible to Bedar is some attractive walking country. It is home to a particular species of tortoise, is a bird watchers paradise.

The tranquillity of the area can be left behind by a fifteen minute drive down to the coast with all its usual amenities. Mojacar Playa being the nearest seaside resort with nearby Garrucha famous for it's fishing port and traditional Spanish restaurants.

There are a number of good golf courses within ten minutes drive (Valle D’este, Desert Springs, Cortejo Grande and Marina Playa, Mojacar).

The ground floor accommodation consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave hob, oven, washing machine and dish washer. There is a also a cloakroom on this level. The lounge has TV with Video and CD player.

Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with doors leading out to the roof terrace.

Almeria airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the house. Murcia 1hr.15mins and Alicante and Granada 2hrs.
