The townhouse has a master bedroom and a double room with twin beds. The lounge diner also has a sofa bed that can convert into a double plus single making sleeping for 7 people available.

There is a well equipped kitchen, large lounge/diner, main bathroom with shower and bath, plus downstairs cloakroom which accommodates toilet, wash basin and a washing machine.

For those who would like to have sporting activities there is the 18 hole golf course of La Finca only minutes drive away from Algorfa, also Villamartin, Campomar, and Las Rambles golf courses 15-20 minutes drive from the property. Algorfa tennis club where you can have the full facilities of an excellent club and tuition if required is only 3 minutes drive away. 10 minutes drive will take you to the Greenlands Sporting Club with a 18 & 9 hole course, driving range, gymnasium, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and bowls
