A pretty little villa, perfectly situated overlooking the valley of Can Segué in an elevated position with glorious views, and only 5 minutes drive from the old mediaeval town of Alcudia .

As you enter the drive the 29m2 swimming pool is set in a lovely terrace area which catches the sun all day long.

The accommodation inside is on one level and offers an open -plan lounge/dining room with a wood burning stove. The fitted kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar. An inner hall leads to the two pretty twin bedrooms and an adjacent complete bathroom. On the opposite side of the lounge is to be found the master bedroom and this has full bathroom en suite.
