Die ruhig gelegene Villa mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern liegt in der Mitte des noblen Villenviertels von Arenal, "Las Maravillas", auf Höhe "Ballermann 11/10". Nur 4 Gehminuten vom 6 km langen Sandstrand der legendären Playa de Palma entfernt.

Die Villa hat 7 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Penthousecharakter (grosse dreiseitige Fensterfront), offener Kamin und Essbereich. In der komplett und modern eingerichteten Küche befinden sich ein weiterer Esstisch, zwei grosse Kühlschränke, ein Gefrierschrank und eine Speisekammer.

Eine Besonderheit ist Aussenküche mit grossem BBQ-Grillbereich samt Kühlschrank, Pool-Bar, grosszügiger Sonnen-, Schattenterasse und der Pool.

Parkplätze innerhalb des Geländes und vor dem Hause sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Alle Betriebskosten sind in dem Mietpreis inkludiert.

An der heute durchgängigen, palmenbepflanzten Strandpromenade ohne Autoverkehr wurden zwischen Strand und Promenade Balnearios angelegt, Sie dienen zur Kennzeichnung von Strandabschnitten. Ihre durchgehende Nummerierung (No. 1 bis No. 15) erleichtert die Orientierung.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge ist die Playa de Palma sehr gut geeignet: viele Ziele einschliesslich der Grossstadt Palma liegen geographisch günstig. Two bed apartment just a 6 minute walk from Playa del Cura, Torrevieja.
The apartment is situated just a 6 minute walk from Playa del Cura, one of the nicest and most popular beaches in Torrevieja.

Torrevieja Marina with its long pier has many restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour, which has international status, as well as a fun fair. Torrevieja centre is overflowing with bars, restaurants and street cafes.

There are Spanish and International (English, Irish, Italian, Chinese) restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, catering for all tastes.

The AP-7 motorway provides easy access to places such as Benidorm, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena, with plenty to see and do. The buses run along the beach front into Torrevieja town centre with its shops, indoor market, open-air market on the harbour front, and of course the marble walkway which takes you all around the beach front and into the harbour.

The Habaneras shopping centre is a short drive away, where you will find a further range of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, fast food restaurants, and also a bowling alley, casino, and cinema. A Carrefour hypermarket can also be found here.

The apartment is situated very close to one of the largest open-air markets on the Costa Blanca, organized every Friday, offering a variety of goods such as leather items, clothing, toys, and of course the freshest fruit and vegetables.

There are numerous golf courses within a 45 minute drive of Torrevieja, including the World famous La Manga, and within 15 minutes you will find Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.
