Within 3kms of Pollença you can find the village of AUMADRAVA. This villa is a beautiful house of original construction, completely built with original stone work.
In the hall there is a bathroom and the stairway that gives access to the upper floor. There is also a nice and spacious living and dining area with a chimney and firewood stove.

Next to the dining room there are two en-suite bedrooms. From the kitchen there is a lovely view of the garden built in a the typical natural style of our island with trees and a pretty lake. The beautiful shaped pool holds a jacuzzi (with hot water for winter months) and to its side there is a charming porch.

Villa La Plana is perfect for two families, or large party holiday. It offers spacious accommodation set within 30,000m2 of gardens with a larger than average private pool, covered & open terraces , purpose build barbecue and a beautifully maintained garden with orange, avocado and kiwi trees.

Inside the villa, the owner has maintained the rustic charm of the property.

It has six bedrooms two of which are downstairs with a full bathroom and four are on the first floor with two full bathrooms.

Two of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies with lovely views to the mountains.

The kitchen is well equipped and comes complete with dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine.

Villa La Plana is a 4 Star villa

This lovely single storey villa has been built in the style of a traditional Mallorcan Finca and is decorated and furnished throughout in a typical Spanish style.

The main entrance leads into the living-diner with its country decor, which in turn leads to the rustic kitchen, which features a breakfast table, open fireplace and large pantry.

There are three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, another twin bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as a further bathroom. Each bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning/ heating units. A fourth bedroom and en-suite bathroom is located in an annexe, accessed via the covered terrace.

There is a door leading out from the kitchen to the covered barbecue area – a great convenience for outdoor dining. Here a patio table and chairs can be found, as well as a long wooden table and benches.

The villa has a swimming pool, which is slightly elevated, and surrounded by a sun terrace and sun-loungers. The entire villa is set in 10,000m2 and surrounded by orange and lemon groves and enjoys views across the countryside to the mountains.
