Nueva Ribera Beach Club Resort is situated directly on the Los Alcazares beach in front of the mineral rich, warm water lagoon of the Mar Menor, with its clean, sandy beaches and promenades, this beautiful beach resort provides breathtaking views and scenery.

This luxurious apartment has been built to a very high standard with polished marble floors, built-in vanity unit in bathroom, and a fully modern integrated kitchen, combined with a terrace off the living area, wooden pagodas and lush green gardens lined with palm trees, makes this a real pleasurable place to frequent.

The apartments themselves are built around the shared pool. There is underground secure parking, although you may not need your car during your stay as you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

The living area provides comfortable seating and TV with satellite connection, dining table and chairs, with a terrace off with outdoor furniture - the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco meal and drink. The modern kitchen comes complete with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, extractor hood, and large fridge/freezer.

In the bedroom there is a large double bed and built-in wardobe, bedside tables and lamps. There is also a security safe for your convenience. In the bathroom, which is fitted with marble floor and wall tiles, you will find a built-in vanity unit, and bath with shower unit over.

Nueva Ribera Beach Club has 24 hour manned security, with only one entry/exit.

A lovely walk along the esplanade will bring you to the town of Los Alcazares where you will find restaurants and shops.

The safe waters of the Mar Menor makes this an ideal location for water sports such as kayaking and windsurfing.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car, Alicante Airport is 55 minutes, and both are served by the major budget airlines.

This first floor apartment in Lo Pagan is comfortably furnished. There is a large balcony area to the front of the apartment, which is accessed via a gate, with table and chairs and this provides views over the salt lake.

Inside the apartment you will find a TV with satellite connection, comfy seating, dining table and four chairs. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), spacious bathroom (with shower). The kitchen is fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave, and the washing machine can be found in the external utility area.

The apartment is fitted with an alarm system and security safe. There is a communal pool and off-road parking.

Next to the long promenade facing the Mar Menor you will find lovely beaches, and restaurants, bars and shops.

This watery setting, combined with the facilities at its marina, means you can do a great many sports, such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing.

The surrounding area contains the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park, a space where a great many species of migratory birds come to nest. You can also benefit from the therapeutic properties of its mud, especially suitable for treating bone and skin ailments.

Lo Pagan lies at the north end of the Mar Menor, bordering the town of San Pedro Del Pinatar. A 15 minute walk takes you into the small town which offers all the usual facilities, supermarkets, banks, local hospital, bars, pubs, and restaurants.

Local markets are not to be missed - many bargains may be found. Local market day is Monday.

A 10 minute walk away is the local bus and coach station for days out - inexpensive public transport, fully air conditioned.

The local beaches and bicycle hire shop are only 10 - 15 minutes away. The beaches are excellent for children being very shallow and safe, allowing parents to relax. There are children's play areas too.
