This is a very well presented two bedroom ground floor apartment in Brisas Y Golf II, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca South, with sun terraces to both front and rear. With outdoor furniture provided to both terraces you can eat al fresco and enjoy breakfast on the front terrace, and your lunch and evening meal at the rear, whilst listening to the waterfall at the pool. Very relaxing.

The apartment is furnished to a very high-standard, and is also fitted with an alarm system. In the living area there is a leather sofa, flat screen TV, Playstation (which plays DVDs), mini hi-fi, and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully fitted to include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave. There is access out to the rear terrace which provides a table and chairs, and also two sun loungers. This terrace provides access to the secure pedestrian walkway leading to the gated pool area, making this a very safe environment for children. There is also a play area.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath with glass screen. A safe is installed to bedroom one.

Urbanizacion Brisas Y Golf II is less than 5 minutes by car from Villamartin Plaza, where you will find a supermarket, banks, shops, plus numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

There are a number of Blue Flag beaches within a 10 minute drive at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The resort of Los Alcazares, which is situated on the Mar Menor, is around 25 minutes by car. This is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, offering warm seas, safe-bathing and is a haven for lovers of water sports.

For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 5 minutes by car, and within a further 15 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

The apartment is situated 25 minutes by car from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante. Both airports are served by all the major budget airlines.

There is a very nice communal pool 50 metres away or you can enjoy the privacy of the roof top with a shower, BBQ, sunbeds and seating area.

Sol Golf forms part of the Villamartin development situated 15km west of Torrevieja. The area has been described as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts a climate over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C.

The beach is just a short drive away and well worth a visit. In total there are seven blue flag beaches in the area offering clean white sand and safe bathing.

Within five minutes drive are 3 top golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Real Club de Campoamor, and if you head inland past San Miquel you will find La Finca.

Whilst Villamartin is a quiet residential area the lively resort of Torrevieja with its marina, markets, shops restaurants, night clubs and bars is only 10 minutes away by car.

There is a full range of activities in the local area including tennis courts, water sports, go-karting and an aqua park.

Within short walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques, and bowling.

An hours drive away is Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean’s largest theme park, and Mundomar marine park.
