Luz de Almoradi is a new apartment building located in the inland town of Almoradi which has a lovely communal swimming pool for all residents, as well as a childrens area. It is built on four floors and the apartments consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area, a kitchen and a terrace. Sizes of the apartments (between 63m2 - 103m2) depends on the position on each floor.

Almoradi is south of the cosmopolitan capital ALICANTE, a beautiful city full of history and wonderful architecture.

The A7 motorway connects this town with the two airports of the area: Alicante airport is less than 45 km away and Murcia airport is 50 km, both easily accessible to the town of Almoradi.

Residencial Las Palomas is a new block of one and two bedroom apartments in various models to choose from. La Marquesa is also a quality course within 10 minutes, and Villamartin, a championship course is only 20 minutes drive away.

There are two airports easily accessible from Almoradi: being El Altet in Alicante and San Javier in Murcia both a 25 minute drive away.

RESIDENCIAL VEGAMAR is a new building, formed of the ground floor plus 3 i.e. first, second and top floor, all connected by lifts, with various different models of apartment.
