Completed in November 2004 with top quality materials and sited in one of the prime spots of Terra Moraira urbanisation within Urbanizacion La Joya; it has 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 sun terraces, car parking space, garden and communal pool. Although not a villa it has enough seclusion for private sun bathing and meals on the terrace.
