Patio doors from the living and dining rooms lead to a large, covered terrace with patio furniture providing two seating areas. This overlooks the superb, large swimming pool which has a separate shallow area that can be used as a children's pool. Alternatively it can be used by adults for relaxing, using the integral seating and power jets. The pool measures 8 x 6 metres and is entered by Roman steps. It is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds. Attractive stone archways lead from the sun terrace to the separate pool house which is a superb venue for al fresco dining. It has a large wooden dining table, a built-in barbecue and a traditional Mallorquine, stone wall oven. On the first floor there is a large open terrace with superb views over the lovely garden, pool and surrounding lush countryside.
