Almoradi is a typical Spanish town offering a taste of the real Spain, with much of it’s inherent culture and tradition retained. Almoradi is a year round town where you will find all facilities, market, shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

The ground floor has a large through reception / dining area with a separate fully fitted kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

The first floor has a double bedroom with a large sun terrace and a second full bathroom.

The golf course of LA FINCA is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera and is only a 5-10 minute drive. La Finca has has been designed to host top tournaments, ideal for people who wish to play golf in the heart of nature. There are other golf courses such as Villamartin, Campoamor or Las Ramblas, all within 25 minutes drive.

A short drive from the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura, where you will find plenty of sandy beaches on which to relax in the sun or practise different water sports in the pristine waters. Almoradi is also well connected with two airports: El Altet in Alicante and San Javier in Murcia.

The larger town of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes away where you will find hypermarkets, restaurants, bars, aqua park, cinema, bowling, casino and the large street market. On the sea front promenade there is a large funfair and daily craft market.
