Pinada Gardens is situated in Daya Nueva, a small rural village, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, in between Almoradi and Guardamar del Segura. Almoradi is close by and is a lovely town with beautiful architecture and squares. There is an interesting market on a Saturday and plenty of restaurants. Guardamar del Segura is a coastal town with fantastic golden beaches that stretch for many kilometres.

This town has many facilities including a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and a lovely pine forest often used for picnics. CORNER PLOTS 4.500,00 EUROS EXTRA. If your preference is golf, La Finca, the most exclusive golf course in the area is just a 5-10 minute drive. The course is in a beautiful setting with established trees and lakes. The lively town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and has a good nightlife with restaurants and bars.
