There is golf, tennis and horse riding close by at La Sella, and a safari park within 3km. Benidorm is 30 mins away where there is the water park, Aqualandia and the theme park, Terra Mitica. Alicante or Valencia airports are 1 hour.

Denia is an attractive castle town set in an area once described by the World Health Organisation as "one of the healthiest living environments in the world". The town has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. There's the busy seafront, with its many bars and nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands.
