A special feature is a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill area with refrigerator, pool bar, a generous sun, the shade of the terrace and pool. Parking within the grounds and in front of the house are available.

The famous 6 km long sandy beach of Playa de Palma (Arenal) is only 200 m.

Our private freshwater pool in the summer provides the perfect refreshment after an extensive sunbathing on the large sun terrace. The villa sits within a large Mediterrean garden with two covered terrace areas, barbecue & outside dining area, pool terrace, garage and secure gated entrance.

The town, once a fishing village, is now one of the most popular resorts in the northern Costa Blanca and you can still watch the fishmen take their daily catch to the fish market (this takes place at 5pm daily) which is next door to the stunning marina with it´s dream yachts.
