Holiday house for 14 persons with private pool near beach
The secluded villa with 7 bedrooms and 4 baths is located in the middle of the nobles ville district of Arenal, "Las Maravillas" in height "Ballermann 11/10". Only 4 minutes walk from the 6 km long sandy beach of the famous Playa de Palma.

The villa has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room with Penthouse character (three windows), open fireplace and dining area. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen is another dining table, two refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.

A special feature is a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill area with refrigerator, pool bar, a generous sun, the shade of the terrace and pool. Parking within the grounds and in front of the house are available.

All operating costs are included in the rental price. Recently, 2009, all our rooms are allergy-free and certified by a controlled operation.

We have small groups for 50% discount on all off-season up to 6 persons (3 double). For books, we Lastminute up to 30% discount if we just have a gap-free.

The famous 6 km long sandy beach of Playa de Palma (Arenal) is only 200 m.

Nevertheless, the villa is quiet and secluded, as in a pure residential area. Our private freshwater pool in the summer provides the perfect refreshment after an extensive sunbathing on the large sun terrace. Or in the shade on the shade of our large terrace with sun loungers and many Hollywood swing ...

In a 5-minute walk is one in the center of nightlife on the Playa: discos, restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, car rental, bicycle rental, Palma Aquarium, golf, mini golf, tennis - everything the tourist heart desires.

The fishing port is where the local fiestas are held, as well as local boat trips and excursions , bars, shops and restaurants. The old town which still has a very Spanish feel, is comprised of a maze of narrow streets where you will find all the everyday facilities, plus street markets, art galleries and old Moorish buildings.
