Villa Kenchico is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area mid way between the coastal towns Javea and Denia. By day there are numerous coves to explore and enjoy the snorkelling. There is the sandy Arenal beach at Jávea with its promenade lined with bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Riding, tennis, windsurfing, jet skiing, boat trips, bowls and walking are just some of the activities available. There are also two golf courses within a 15 minute drive - the challenging nine hole course at Club de Golf Jávea, and the eighteen hole course at La Sella, designed by Jose Maria Olázabal. The championship links course at El Saler is just an hour's drive away near Valencia. The cosmopolitan town of Denia offers shopping along tree lined streets, bars, restaurants, marina and ferries to the islands of Majorca or Ibiza.

The coastal strip of Moraira has everything, beaches with choice of sand, rocks or pebbles, watersports, bars, shops and restaurants with a wide range of gastronomic delights. There is an evening market, and plenty of nightlife around the town.
