Villa Kenchico is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area mid way between the coastal towns Javea and Denia. By day there are numerous coves to explore and enjoy the snorkelling. There is the sandy Arenal beach at Jávea with its promenade lined with bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Riding, tennis, windsurfing, jet skiing, boat trips, bowls and walking are just some of the activities available. There are also two golf courses within a 15 minute drive - the challenging nine hole course at Club de Golf Jávea, and the eighteen hole course at La Sella, designed by Jose Maria Olázabal. The championship links course at El Saler is just an hour's drive away near Valencia. The cosmopolitan town of Denia offers shopping along tree lined streets, bars, restaurants, marina and ferries to the islands of Majorca or Ibiza.

The private swimming pool, which is a saltwater pool, is very gentle on the skin and hair. It is also lit up at night.

There is very comfortable garden furniture, all with lovely cushions, and a very big private sun terrace. There is a well kept garden, with fountain, and beautiful lights at night which change colour, and make one feel very relaxed.

For children, there is a garden playhouse, parallel bars, a slide, a swing, and lots of toys, books and puzzles for different ages.

The outside space is very child friendly as the boundary is marked by a high hedge and entry/exit is via a locked gate.

Off-road parking is also provided.

For the cooler months, the house is centrally heated and also has a log fireplace in the living room. The swimming pool can also be heated on request at additional cost.
