We have a range of holiday villas in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa (the port), which is said to be the best resort for holidays on Mallorca. The area which contains a lovely mix of both luxury villas and apartments, is set in a sheltered horseshoe shaped bay backed by the Tramuntana mountain range.

Each resort provides beautiful scenery, warm sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, watersports, such as parascending, windsurfing, snorkelling and scuba-diving, and a laid-back friendly atmosphere - no wonder Mallorca remains a favourite destination for a wide variety of people - from families with children to retirees.

Pollensa enjoys a superb situation in northern Mallorca, which is delightfully unspoiled, offering spectacular scenery and white sandy beaches. Its landscape has been, and continues to be, the inspiration of poets, painters and musicians. The holiday resort of Puerto Pollensa lies on the north west coast of the island, approximately one and a half hours from the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport.
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa, the bay of Pollensa is home to a multitude of luxury yachts, as well local fishing boats where locals stroll side by side with holidaymakers between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk. There are small natural beaches in the area, as well as the extended artificial beach, all offering a selection of facilities and water sports. The warm shallow waters of the bay make it especially popular with families with small children.
A holiday in any of our Mallorca villas will not have you wanting for nightlife either, although not 'buzzing' like Ibiza, there are many discos, bars, and clubs to choose from. Alternatively, you can just take it easy and relax, as the majority of our villas offer large gardens with private swimming pools within the natural surroundings of a quiet country location.
The holiday resort of Alcudia is spread either side of the busy coast road, and the warm shallow waters of Alcudia Bay make this resort very popular with families with young children. The beach is a major attraction to this resort with 8km of fine, clean sand with a wide variety of water sport and other facilities available to suit all tastes. Evening entertainment is based mainly in the hotels, but the resort does have a small number of discos. We have holiday villas in Alcudia, which has a number of attractions to suit an active family, which include a water park and go-kart track, as well as the usual array of bars, shops and restaurants.

The cleaning and general maintenance of the villas is regularly taken care of as well as the maintenance of the swimming pools and gardens.
