As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible.
The interior is wonderfully furnished throughout with a mix of traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style.
As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through into the evening.
Leading off from the living area is the modern fully fitted kitchen which has lots of storage space and chrome appliances including an oven and a hob, a dishwasher and a microwave.
An inner hall leads to the master double bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom.
The two further pretty, spacious twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom.

Rental conditions: All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.
In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.
MAID SERVICE:
5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).
Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
