All rooms are furnished to the highest quality and the villa has a 25m sq. roof terrace on second floor is accessed by internal staircase and has stunning lake and mountain views as well as a huge terrace off the master bedroom and a shaded front porch. The property benefits from two large swimming pools and children's paddling pools.
For beach lovers there are miles and miles of blue flag beaches of every description, from the uninterrupted sand dunes north at Guardamar to the many coves south and the famous sheltered Mar Menor. The nearest beaches are less than a 10 minute drive from the house. Sports lovers can enjoy the many water sports available while golfers have a large selection of courses within a ten mile radius including the nearby championship Villamartin course.
There is a large, modern sports palace in the town. The south Costa Blanca town of Torrevieja itself is a bustling coastal town with a long promenade and marinas. Many Spaniards own holiday homes in the area. There is a fun fair and nightly flea market at the sea front and many restaurants and bars with sea views. Shopping is superb in the town centre and there is a market every day either in Torrevieja itself or nearby. There are several picturesque towns nearby including Elche, Murcia, Orihuela and a visit to the cities of Alicante or Valencia is always worthwhile. Due to both the sunshine and the two huge salt lakes which result in low humidity levels, the region is rated one of the healthiest places in the world by the World Health Organisation. Rental conditions: All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.
A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday
Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund
Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
Arrival should preferably be after 4pm - departures by 10am:
