A 10 minute walk takes you into the village where there area a selection of bars, restaurants, tapas bars, music bars, pizzeria, and a wonderful ice cream parlour. Clubs and nightlife are close and easily accessible by car, but the location is private enough to feel peaceful because it borders residential areas and farmland.
The villas themselves are located in a large plot, which borders lemon groves and a quiet residential street. The 3 villas are self-contained within a large private gated area. The villas benefit from having a tennis court, large roof terrace, BBQs and beautiful new swimming pool (shared between the 3 villas). They are also close to several beaches, golf courses and resorts and only 15 minutes drive from Alicante city. A nudist beach is also nearby.
All villas are all on one level and have own terraces, dining areas, living rooms, bathrooms and secure parking.
Each property has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, washing machine etc. A cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.
Each bedroom will accommodate two people (both double and twin rooms), with the possible option of adding more beds if appropriate.

Rental conditions: All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.
A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday
Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund
Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
Arrival should preferably be after 4pm - departures by 10am:

flexible)
