Algorfa is wiithin a 15 minute drive one can enjoy the sandy beaches of Guardamar, La Mata and many more, also the vibrant centre of Torrevieja with its beaches, boating, fishing, exciting clubs, bars and restaurants.
The townhouse has a master bedroom and a double room with twin beds. The lounge diner also has a sofa bed that can convert into a double plus single making sleeping for 7 people available.
There is a well equipped kitchen, large lounge/diner, main bathroom with shower and bath, plus downstairs cloakroom which accommodates toilet, wash basin and a washing machine.
There is also 2 solariums at the top of the house with shower, one overlooks the mountain range the other the very nice free-form communual pool. Also there is a patio at the front of the property and there is off road parking in the form of your own private driveway at the front of the house.

Rental conditions: All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.
A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday
Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
In addition a £200 / 300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund
Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
Arrival should preferably be after 4pm - departures by 10am:
(If there is no booking immediately prior or following, this can be
flexible)
