This stunning farmhouse style villa has been recently restored with tender loving care. You enter through the authentic wooden doors into an imposing entrance hall, where a stone archway takes you to a spacious stylish lounge/dining area. Next to it there is a separate sitting room with views to the garden. The first of the four air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom en-suite is also on the ground floor. The farmhouse kitchen has kept its traditional character, but has been complemented with a modern touch. Attached to it is a pretty breakfast room with marble topped table overlooking the pool. This floor comes complete with a guests bathroom at the entrance area.
The upstairs is reached by a rustic staircase where there are 3 further bedrooms, two of them with en suite and the other with an adjacent bathroom, all of them with fabulous views. One bedroom leads you to the wonderful spacious terrace, perfect for private sunbathing in the hot summer season.
The beautiful heated swimming pool is originally built from the same rocks as the garden, in a totally natural surrounding. To its side there is a covered porch with a great wooden table and a barbecue. The tennis court is located on the other side of the garden. Rental conditions: All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.
In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
