The outside of the villa comprises of an 8x4m swimming pool, with beautiful terrace, outside shower and sink, BBQ and a table that seats 8. After a relaxing lunch you can relax on the 5 sunloungers, go for a swim, or just take in the breathtaking views of Pego valley.
The villa benefits from a separate twin bedroom and ensuite, so can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa, or a four bedroom. Prices given are for the 3 bedroom, with a supplement for the extra room.

Rental conditions: All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.
A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday
Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!
Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund
Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
Arrival should preferably be after 4pm - departures by 10am:
(If there is no booking immediately prior or following, this can be
flexible)
