Villa Kenchico is a superb 6 bed villa with panoramic views over valleys of orange groves to the sea and the Montgo mountain.
The villa is perfect for large groups, or two families as each level can be used as a self contained unit.
The spacious accommodation offers 6 bedrooms (2 doubles & 4 twins), 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 lounges, and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool where you can take advantage of the beautiful views whilst dining ‘al fresco’.
*2 Twin rooms have bunk + single (sleeping 3).
There are a range of facilities including cards, board games, cd player, DVD’s, books, and both lounges have satellite TV (free to view programs).
The extensive gardens are mature with many palm trees. Jacaranda, almond trees, cacti,and bougainvillea. There are numerous terraces, a large 11m x 5m private pool, and garden furniture, sun loungers, and seating for 12 people. The upper terrace has enough tables & chairs to accommodate 12 for outside dining as well as a gas barbecue and gas paella pan (paellera). To the side of the villa is also a boules piste for further outdoor entertainment.

There is the sandy Arenal beach at Jávea with its promenade lined with bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Riding, tennis, windsurfing, jet skiing, boat trips, bowls and walking are just some of the activities available. There are also two golf courses within a 15 minute drive - the challenging nine hole course at Club de Golf Jávea, and the eighteen hole course at La Sella, designed by Jose Maria Olázabal. The championship links course at El Saler is just an hour's drive away near Valencia.
