Holiday Villas Costa Blanca
Choosing the right holiday villa
Spanish Villas offers you the chance to book quality privately owned apartments and holiday villas on the Costa Blanca online through a specialist holiday rentals company. Based on the Costa Blanca, we undertake the maintenance and cleaning of all our properties to ensure they are of an excellent standard before your arrival. When you arrange your holiday with us, you'll be in touch with someone who is familiar with both the villa and area so if you have any queries we are well qualified to help.
The location and local facilities of your holiday villa or apartment is important, so if you are unsure of the area, we are here to help and advise you before you book. You can choose from our selection of mountain properties, country villas or apartments near the beach. You may imagine that an isolated country villa sounds like a perfect destination, but when you have to spend two weeks using an outside ‘loo’, pumping water from a well half a mile down the road, and driving for 30 minutes to the nearest supermarket, the reality may not quite live up to expectations!
Holiday Villas Costa Blanca - Mountains such as Monte Pego in Denia, or Cumbre del Sol in Moraira offer top accommodation and excellent views, but generally a car is required to get to local towns, beaches and major facilities. Villas near the beach are usually exclusive, and the price will reflect this, Apartments near the beach however, offer a ‘budget’ family holiday and are normally situated close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Fancy something special? What about an exclusive luxury villa sleeping 24 in a secluded area offering peace and privacy along with a touch of pampering - Luxury Villa Costa Blanca >>
Distance from the beach and nearest airport, shops and local entertainment are usually paramount. Villas and apartments with all amenities, and easy access to white sandy beaches are the most popular choices amongst holiday makers. However, we do cater for those with different tastes. The Jalon Valley is a popular choice, being slightly inland but still with easy access to the village and its amenities, and within 15 minutes drive of the nearest beaches at Calpe.
Internet holiday hunters expect to pay less than when they are booking through a high street company who may charge a commission on the top. Our prices are the owners prices, it is them that pay us for the service, not the holiday maker.
Prices of holiday villas on the Costa Blanca vary considerably. Property in the upmarket resorts of Javea, Benissa, Denia, and Moraira on the northern Costa Blanca are significantly higher than the south Costa Blanca in areas such as Torrevieja. The reason for this is that there is a much higher rate of property owners renting in the south because the initial purchase price is cheaper. The stiff competition forces the rental prices down.
Something for Everyone
Obviously for holidays, a town apartment in an inland area is unlikely to generate the same level of interest as a seaside villa with a private pool in a top holiday spot. However, there are those who wish to spend a couple of months in Spain, are looking for a relatively cheap ‘base’ whilst here looking for property to buy, visiting relatives, or relocating and looking for a long term rental. We have a dedicated page of long term rentals , property that can be rented for anything between 3 – 11 months at a time, obviously at much lower rates than a holiday rental.

The Costa Blanca offers varied temperatures and landscapes, depending on whether you go north or south. The South, which is slightly hotter, flatter and drier is famous for having the biggest palm gardens and salt flats in the whole of Europe, and its uninterrupted miles of sandy coastline and many beautiful Blue Flag beaches. The nightlife is lively, and there are many bars, restaurants and local markets all along the coast. It is also attractive to golfers and has many outstanding golf courses. The North is greener and less dry, where mountains provide the backdrop to much greenery, orange groves, olive trees, vineyards, almonds and cherries. You will find many beautiful beaches (many with the European Blue Flag), sand dunes, watch towers and natural caves, as well as the 'entertainment capital' of Benidorm, with its two famous beaches, skyscrapers, live shows, discos, Theme Park, Aqua Park and Marine World. Many of the towns are fishing ports and have harbours where many luxury yachts are moored.
We have a selection of privately owned holiday villas and apartments for rent in both the north and south which are all maintained to a high standard ensuring you get the best from your holiday villas on the Costa Blanca
