Holiday Resorts in Spain

Holiday Resorts of Spain

Spain’s diversity is immense and the country has something to offer even the most pernickety of people. As a whole it is a mixture of different cultures, languages, climates and landscapes and has some great holiday resorts from which to choose – whether from the Spanish Costas on the mainland or the tranquillity of the Balearics or the beauty of the Canary Islands. Although a mountainous country, there are many green valleys, fertile plains, virtual desert lands such as Andalucia and Almeria, as well as the ski resorts in the Sierra Nevada. Colourful fiestas, a diverse range of beautiful scenery, architecture, caves, modern cities and villages from ‘the land that time forgot’ are just some of the features that make Spain and its Islands Europe’s most popular holiday destination.
