Easy buy scheme
A common sales destroyer for people wishing to buy new property in Spain is the payment structure – normally 3.000 Euros deposit with a payment of between 30 – 50% within 4-6 weeks. The ‘easy buy’ scheme is available on a selection of off plan properties where is it possible to avoid the need to make early and relatively large payments - making it simple for buyers to jump on the Spanish property ladder. Payment plans are as follows:
Initial payment – 15%
Seven months later – 35%
Final payment on Completion – 50%
